       2017-2019年,朝陽東大礦冶研究院成功開發難選鐵礦懸浮磁化焙燒、含鐵錳礦無尾選礦、石煤釩礦破晶焙燒、陶瓷介質攪拌磨機等多項工業化新技術與裝備,完成酒鋼集團、山鋼集團、海南礦業、新疆有色、贊比亞含鐵錳礦及阿爾及利亞鐵礦等企業委托的國內外準工業試驗20余項;獲批國家重點研發項目1項,國家自然科學基金重點項目1項;獲批難采選鐵礦資源高效開發利用技術國家地方聯合工程研究中心、遼寧省高等學校大學生校外實踐基地;研發團隊榮獲2019年國家科學技術進步二等獎1項,研發團隊入選遼寧省“興遼英才計劃”高水平創新創業團隊和東北大學首批重點建設團隊,獲得2019年遼寧創新創業大賽初創組一等獎1項。

       During the period from 2017 to 2019, Chaoyang NEU Minerals and Metallurgy Institute (CNMMI) has successfully developed lots of novel industrial technology and equipment including the suspension magnetization roasting of refractory iron ore, tailless beneficiation of ferromanganese ore, crystal-breaking roasting of vanadium-bearing stone coal, and vertical mill with ceramic medium, etc. CNMMI has completed more than 20 pilot-scale tests entrusted by the enterprises of JISCO Group, Shandong Iron & Steel Group Company, Hainan Mining Company, Xinjiang nonferrous metals, Zambia ferro-manganese ore, and Algerian iron ore enterprises. The R&D team has undertaken many national research and development projects, such as a National Key R&D Project, a National Natural Science Foundation Key Project, and so on. Besides, the national and local joint Engineering Research Center of high-efficiency development and utilization technology of refractory iron ore resources was approved, and so was Liaoning Province off-campus practical training base for college students. The R&D team won the second prize of “National Science and Technology Progress Award” in 2019, and was selected as the high-class innovative team and entrepreneur in the "talented revitalization plan" of Liaoning Province, as well as one of the first-batch key construction teams of Northeast University. In addition, the R&D team has achieved the first prize of the start-up division in Liaoning innovation and entrepreneurship competition in 2019.

        7、節能降耗 新型陶瓷介質高效攪拌磨機研制與工業應用
針對傳統磨礦作業能耗高、介質消耗量大的問題,朝陽東大礦冶研究院采用密度小、耐磨性高的陶瓷球代替鋼球,將新型細磨設備及介質有機結合,研發出成套綠色磨礦技術與裝備。提出了小導程、高轉速、低功耗的陶瓷介質專用攪拌磨機設計方案,開發成功了密度小、耐磨性高的陶瓷球磨礦介質,并制定了相應的行業標準,設計開發了系列化工業陶瓷介質攪拌磨機。2018年由東北大學自主研發的NEUM-280型陶瓷球攪拌磨機在鞍鋼集團礦業弓長嶺選礦廠實現工業化應用。工業應用結果表明:NEUM-280型攪拌磨機與原有球磨機相比較,磨礦能耗節約50.26%,磨礦介質成本消耗降低55.61%;磨礦細度較原球磨機提高14.99個百分點。該磨機具有能源效率高、節省介質、低碳環保、安裝維護操作簡單等顯著特點和優越性,用于有色礦山時還可有效地避免鐵離子對浮選的影響,不僅能大幅降低磨礦能耗,還將提高精礦品位和回收率。
       7.Energy-saving and consumption-reducing 
Development and industrial application of a new and high-efficient stirred mill with ceramic medium
    Traditional grinding has the problems of high energy and high grinding media consumption. To overcome, CNMMI adopts low-density ceramic balls with high wear resistance to replace the steel balls as the grinding medium. Accordingly, a whole set of the green grinding technology and equipment has been developed, effectively combining the fine grinding equipment with the novel grinding medium. The design scheme of the special ceramic-medium stirred mill with small lead, high spinning speed and low power consumption was proposed. The ceramic ball grinding medium with low density and high wear resistance were successfully developed. The corresponding industrial standards were formulated. A series of industrialized ceramic-medium stirred mills were designed and developed. In 2018, the NEUM-280 ceramic-ball vertical mill, which was independently developed by Northeastern University, was industrialized and utilized by Gongchangling Concentrator of Ansteel Group Mining Corporate. The industrial test results show that NEUM-280 saved approximately 50.26% of energy and 55.61% of grinding medium consumption cost in comparison with the original ball mill, while the grinding fineness was improved by 14.99%. This novel mill has the remarkable features and advantages of high energy efficiency, lower grinding medium consumption, environmental protection with low carbon footprint, simple installation, maintenance and operation, etc. When applied in the non-ferrous mines, it can effectively minimize the negative impact of iron ions on flotation. This, in turn, not only has greatly reduced the grinding energy consumption, but also improved the concentrate grade and the recovery rate.

        8、常溫浮選 鐵礦石新型浮選藥劑體系的開發與工業應用
朝陽東大礦冶研究院針對鐵礦浮選藥劑的研制及應用過程中存在的捕收能力差、礦漿配制溫度高、能耗大等問題,基于“氫鍵耦合多基團協同”理論,研發了不同極性基和非極性基的基團接枝及分子組裝技術,研制出常溫高溶解性新型石英捕收劑和高選擇性鐵礦物抑制劑,形成了鐵礦石高效分離協同組合浮選藥劑體系。新型藥劑體系實現了鐵礦石的常溫高效反浮選,并具有選擇性好,活化劑用量低、藥劑成本低等特點,從而解決浮選過程中的大量消耗加熱蒸汽、浪費能源的問題。新型浮選藥劑在鞍鋼集團工業試驗表明,在浮選溫度降低至19℃的情況下,仍獲得精礦鐵品位67.85%,回收率81.77%的優異指標,應用前景十分廣闊。

       8.Flotation at ambient temperature
Development and industrial application of novel flotation reagents for iron ore
    There exist a number of problems in the development and application of the flotation reagents for iron ores, such as poor collecting capacity, high pulp temperature and large energy consumption. According to the theory of “Hydrogen Bond Coupling and Multi-functional-group Coordination”, CNMMI studied and developed a technique of molecular assembly with different polar and nonpolar functional groups. Based on the technique, several new collectors for quartz with high solubility at ambient temperature and new inhibitors with high selectivity for iron minerals were synthesized, and a high effective flotation reagent system for the iron ores was successfully developed. The new reagents realize the high-efficient reverse flotation of iron ore at ambient temperature, and boasts excellent selectivity, low activator dosage, low reagent cost, etc. Therefore, the problems of large heating steam consumption and high energy waste in flotation process can be eliminated. The industrial tests in Ansteel Group showed that the excellent results of iron grade 67.85% and iron recovery rate 81.77% were obtained even at a temperature as low as 19℃.This proves that the new flotation regents have broad industrial application prospects.
